Mandatory Requirements
The shareholder should have other valid business license, below are the details for different license.

For Trading business - Should have atleast 3 business in different countries, where atleast one of them should be older than 1 year.
For Professional Services - Should have atleast 1 business which is older than 1 year.

The existing business should be an LLC company, not sole establishment.
It is mandatory to show a positive notarized audit report of minimum AED 500,000 as net profit for the last financial year 2023.
Company should have a general manager who can be a shareholder or a non shareholder. The general manager should have visa from the same company.
