Description DIFC's Wills Service is specifically designed for non-Muslims investing and living in the UAE. The DIFC Courts Wills Registry provides a system under which UAE assets can be distributed according to the registered Will Dubai Courts is different from the DIFC Courts Wills Service. DIFC has its own dedicated Wills Registry and specialised Will products, while Dubai Courts operates within Dubai's local judicial system. The Abu Dhabi Civil Wills Office provides Will registration through the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD).

Importantly, ADJD states that a person who is not a UAE citizen may register a Will regardless of religion through its Civil Wills Office.

Eligibility According to the DIFC Courts' current requirements, a person registering a DIFC Will must:

a) Not be Muslim and have never been Muslim
b) Be 21 years or older
c) Own assets in the UAE and/or have minor children residing with them in the UAE.		 A person registering a Will in Dubai Court must:

a) Not be Muslim and have never been Muslim
b) Be 21 years or older

a) Not be Muslim and have never been Muslim
