Description - The real estate investor owning a property with the value of which is equal to or more than 750,000 AED (one or more properties combined) can now apply for the 2-years investor Visa.

Note: The applicant should be inside the UAE while initiating the process.

Eligibility:      

The value of the property is 750,000 AED, wholly owned by the investor (one or more properties) under the name of the applicant.

If the property is owned by multiple partners, The partner having the share over 750,000 AED can apply for the retirement visa.

If the property is owned by multiple partners, If the partners are Family members and the total value is more than 750,000 AED, but none of them owns AED 750,000. In this case any one partner can apply for the retirement visa and rest of them can get dependent visa, valid for 2 years.

The property may be mortgaged, and a no-objection bank letter to be submitted indicating that the bank does not object to issuing a residence permit on the property, indicating the paid amount and the balance
