Mandatory Requirements
The shareholder should have other valid business license, below are the details for different license.

For Trading business - Should have atleast 3 business in different countries, where atleast one of them should be older than 1 year.
For Professional Services - Should have atleast 1 business which is older than 1 year.

The existing business should be an LLC company, not sole establishment.
It is mandatory to show a positive notarized audit report of minimum 50,00,000 Saudi Riyal as net profit for the last financial year 2023.
100% foreign ownership. Need to hire one local Saudi employee, if you are planing to have employees.
