Type of Dependent Document Compliance
  Emirates ID, Visa and passport copy of the sponsor  
  NOC letter from the father, if mother is the sponsor NOC letter from the father, attested by the notary public (in case the mother is the sponsor) for boys below 18 years and girls below 21 years.
  Colour passport copy of applicant Clear scanned copy
  Tourist Visa or Residence Visa copy or Cancelled visa copy or entry stamp of the applicant. The applicant should be inside the UAE while initiating the process. Current visa copy of the applicant is required, it can be a tourist visa, residence visa, a cancelled visa or on arrival visa.
  Passport size personal photo Applicant's Passport size photo. A high-quality applicant digital photo that matches the ICP specifications
  National ID for certain nationality National ID of Applicant (IRAN – PAKISTAN – IRAQ – LIBYA – AFGHANISTAN).
  Medical Insurance  
PArents or Children Birth Certificate of the applicant Must be legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE Embassy in the country of origin. After that, it should be legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE, followed by legal Arabic translation.

If the birth certificate is not available, you may get a letter from your consulate to prove the relationship attested by MOFA and translated to Arabic.
The confirmation must be from the consulate, starting the letter with “This is to confirm, or This is to clarify.”
Husband/ Wife Marriage certificate for spouse visa The Marriage certificate must be legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and the UAE Embassy in the country of origin. After that, it should be legalized by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs in the UAE, followed by legal Arabic translation.

If the marriage certificate is not available, you may get a letter from your consulate to prove the relationship attested by MOFA and translated to Arabic.
