Eligibility: -    
EXECUTIVE DIRECTORS / MANAGERS CEOs, Directors, General Managers, Board Members and Chairmans
including highly skilled professionals or workers with high educational
qualifications and experience in all disciplines

Bachelor’s or master’s degree holder

Should have a basic salary of at least AED 30,000.		    
DOCTORS Obtaining a work permit in the country under a valid work contract in the country.

To be a skilled worker at the first or second professional level, according to the professional classifications approved by the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization.

The minimum educational level should be a Bachelor's degree or its equivalent.

The monthly salary shall not be less than (30,000) thirty thousand UAE dirhams or the equivalent in foreign currencies.

To have a license to practice a profession for the professions that require this: doctor, pharmacist, teacher, and others.

To have adequate, comprehensive health insurance for himself and his family members when applying for a golden residency, or according to what is in effect at the competent local authority.		    
SCIENTISTS AND RESEARCHERS To have obtained a recommendation from the Council of Emirates Scholars.

To have a master's degree or a doctorate in one of the majors of engineering, technology, life sciences, and natural sciences from the top 500 universities in the world (for a PhD) or the best 250 universities in the world (for a master's) according to the international classifications approved by the Ministry of Education.

To have a master's or doctorate in engineering, technology, life sciences, and natural sciences from a university ranked among the top 100 universities in the world in the classification of the subspecialty according to the international classifications approved by the Ministry of Education.

Conditions (2) or (3) must be applied to the university in any of the last ten years.


To have a score of 1.0 or higher in the Field Weighted Citation Index (FWCI) and a score of 10 or higher in the h-index

Excluded from the above conditions are those who have (Scopus H index ≥ 20) or who have achievements in building the research and development sector inside and outside the country based on the recommendation of the Emirates Scientists Council.

The certificate must be approved by the Ministry of Education

He/She must have comprehensive health insurance for himself/herselfn and his/her family members, effective when applying for a golden residency, or according to what is in force at the competent local authority.

  A salary certificate. A salary certificate with a monthly salary not less than (30,000) thirty thousand dirhams.
  A license to practice the profession from DHA/MOH.  
  A valid medical degree A valid medical degree from recognized institutions, not less than a bachelor's degree (Duly attested).
  Six months bank statement A bank account statement showing bank salary transfers for the last 6 months from the same employer.
  NOC from the Sponsor (If residence visa holder) NOC from the Sponsor, if the applicant is sposored by another company
  Professional license or registration certificate from the home country. -
  Good standing certificate from the medical council in the home country. -

educational attainment not less than a bachelor's degree.
  NOC from the Sponsor (If residence visa holder) -
  Six months bank statement Recent six-month bank statement of the applicant (statement should
show that the applicant’s salary is credited every month).
  Valid Medical Insurance Copy. -
